Hi! I'm Shelby and I'm a Rhode Islander. I find that a lot of people on here are from major cities like LA, New York or far off countries. I'm kind of curious to see if there are New England people around. Mostly southern New England but all New Englanders are lovely in my book. I've always kind of wanted to check out the beauty scene near me so I'd love to get to know some gurus or just beauty and fashion lovers in the area!
