I have trouble finding a good polish brand. I've tried lots of them and most get clumpy and take FOREVER to dry. Please help

I have the best success with Essie,Zoya and OPI. Zoya being my absolute fave.

Do you apply polish over a base coat and using a quick dry? I always wait 5 minutes between each coat and then I use my quick dry from Revlon a few minutes after my final coat. I have no problems with bubbles or smudges.
