You could try MAKE UP FOR EVER's Air Brush Thinner 246. Its a pro item though, so you may have to call them and see if you can order it. But try to find it at sephora first. They may have it in stores. You could also try RCMA's Foundation Thinner. But you'll have to order it online. Hope this helps.

Regular foundations have different ingredients in to them than the airbrush ones. You will clog your airbrush and won't be able to clean up all the oil out of the gun. That little needle in the gun is very sensitive and it'll eventually break of you use regular foundation...:-( airbrush is created for water based foundations only, sorry....

CAJEALL have you used Luminess Air before? A friend told me to try regular foundation and dilute it but, regular foundation is too thick. Do you have a similar experience?

I haven't used luminess but I used Dinair and their makeup and compressor is really good, but I'm pretty sure luminess makeup is also water based am i right? if it is you could use Dinair through the luminess airbrush but you won't be able to water down regular makeup. the composition for airbrush makeup is different, most regular foundation have oil of some sort in them and this will not go through any airbrush, sorry! hope that helps!

You can't add no other foundation to the Lumminess Air brand at all. You need to buy a different one

yes you can but make sure your compressor is strong enough to 'push out' the foundation.

Hello! I just recently started using Luminess Air cosmetics but, I would like to buy regular good quality foundation and thin it them out because the product won't come out of the air brush.
Does anyone have any ideas or have you ever tried to think regular foundations out and use it in your air brush stylus?
Need ideas and comments please help!
