I have VERY dark brown eyes how can I make them pop? I don't like to wear eyeshadow so mainly eyeliner and mascara ideas would be great!

I also love double liner. It's a good way for pops of color. You can choose any color you want

White or shimmer gold in corner & right above eyeliner(: I also have this problem. As well as that winged gel eyeliner also helps!
