Rub organic coconut oil on your scalp after u shampoo your hair massage into your roots for fine Straight hair use sparingly and for thicker curly texture use more. It can be found at your local grocery store or health food store.
Biotin can help, but watch out for breakouts. I got cystic acne from taking biotin, and it took about 2 months to get my skin back to normal after stopping it.
Theres a shampoo& condinter at cvs,walgreens,riteaid...basically any drugstore, its called Mane And Tale, it for horses, but is safe for people to use..Ive used it for only 2months & my hair was to my butt & my hair never grows bc i bleach it so much its really damaged! i love this stuff. they have diffrent kinds, some has kertain in it,some for smooth&shiney hair. The one u want is a white bottle, with orange & blue writting & blue cap. Its cheap to. I deff recomend it :)
I haven't tried this myself but a good friend with GORGUS long hair said she puts a squished up birth control pill in with her conditioner like once a month :$ if u try this let me know the results :D
Massage your scalp. Just five minutes a day, with your fingertips. And while you're at it, flip your head upside down for a few minutes each day, too. Both will stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles :) Speaking from experience: make hair grow like crazy. Good luck!
@ceci Yep! I started doing that this spring, and if you're consistent with it, it can really make a difference :) I think mine grew at least an inch in a month (isn't the usual rate 1/2 an inch a month?)--and that's with my natural wavy/curly texture, too, so it was probably more.
don't forget regular cuts! I know it seems counterproductive, but if you never trim your hair, it will get split ends and never grow. Even just having the bare minimum taken off the ends regularly encourages growth.
There is also this shampoo and conditioner that you can get in beauty supply stores. It's called Diety plant shampoo. Last summer my hair was touching my shoulders and after about 6 months my hair was to the middle of my back. It also makes your hair real thick and shiny

Eat a lot of protein, don't brush you hair too often, and don't keep it tightly tied too often. :)

Coconut oil and fish oil pills. I've been trying with coconut oil and massaging my scalp every so often and it's slowly getting there, hahah.
