I have been happy with Covergirl's lipsticks, they have a pretty good selection of colors and if you go places like Walmart, Kmart, and Target you can find them there as low as 4$. I also really like Revlon's lip butters, lollipop is my current favorite! I would go and look around and just try products out. I use the Wet n wild and Rimmel eye pencils!

Milani Liquif'eye eyeliners are super creamy, perfect for the waterline or smudging. For lipsticks, I love L'Oreal, Revlon and Maybelline lipsticks. Revlon lip butters are awesome, and Rimmel has awesome lipsticks and liners! Actually, Addiction lip liner by Rimmel is my favorite ever!

Revlon, in my opinion, has the best selection and colors for drugstore lipsticks. That's the brand I grab for most. Rimmel and L'Oreal come second. As far as eye pencils, you should try NYC and Wet 'N Wild pencils. Not all, but most of them are really creamy and pigmented and only cost a dollar. NYX also have really pigmented pencils for a couple bucks more.

NYX has nice everything in my opinion. Rimmel has good eye pencils. Revlon and covergirl have nice lipsticks/glosses. Wet N Wild have pigmented lipsticks and are really affordable.

NYX, for all of the above. Get them in stores or on beautyjoint.com (even cheaper there, lol) Eye pencils are soft, creamy, and have real staying power. Lipglosses and lip pencils come in too many colors, layer really nicely, and are very versatile.

You really can't go wrong with Revlon lipsticks they have some of the best staying power in comparison to NYX round lipsticks which don't last long on me but are so creamy and gorgeous, in my opinion. NYX has pretty good eyeliners

Revlon lipsticks are pretty good, but CoverGirl's even better in my opinion! Not a huge fan of the e.l.f. $1 lipsticks though, but maybe they'll work for you :)

Love the Milani Liquif'eye pencils and NYX slide on pencils. As for lipsticks, Revlon super lustrous is my go to.

Eye pencils ~ Prestige Total Intensity. :)
Lipsticks ~ Revlon! (Virtually any variety will do.)
Lipgloss ~ NYX Mega Shine. (Haven't tried the matte ones.)

Although I don't purchase from Revlon anymore, their lipsticks and lipglosses are good for drugstore products. Wet n' Wild matte lipsticks and Megashield lipcolours are decent too.

I bought a few Maybeline Color Sensational lipsticks and loved the colors, but couldn't get over the plastic, dollar store scent/taste.
Rimmel has some really lovely shades, as does L'Oreal, and of course the Revlon Lip Butters are always nice for a daily usage prodcut because of the sheerness.
