So I've had these small bumps on my forehead for 3 years now, and they're still in the exact same place! I never use any products on my forehead, because that makes it worse. it looks so bad, does anyone know what it is and what I can do about it?

Every night or every other night put a hot towel on your forehead and eventually they will go away with lotion afterwards and water.

If its pimples , try this! All you need is some neosporin and some band aids! Take a huge glob on neosporin and put it all over the bumps and make sure it covers the entire bump. Do that for all the bumps put a band aid on it and let it stay over night. I suggest you wash your face before you do this though! Hope it works!
