Just in case nobody was aware, ( I am always reading topics about eyeliner not staying put) here is a tip and it lasted for ages and ages! Simply press black eyeshadow over the top of the eyeliner and kinda wiggle it in! Voila really long lasting eyeliner that won't budge or melt!!!

Primer on your waterline? Is that what you're saying? Maybe I'll try that...

Well you can powder just below your waterline and your waterline but I wouldn't put primer there especially if you have sensitive eyes!

It basically just sets the eyeliner... Hope this helps!! Make sure you to it while its still slightly or fully wet, if it's dry it won't do much
It's the same concept with foundation if you want it to last, powder it!

Yea I try and get my eyeliner in my lower lash line and my waterline. They I take my angled brush and rub the black shadow into the lash line from below my lashes.
