I think a medusa piercing looks really cute on you. It definitely suits you so I say go for it, although keep in mind the healing process is kind of a pain in the ass. I really want to get one too but have been putting off because I don't feel like dealing with the healing process, haha. :)

I think you would look better with a Monroe and a nose piercing opposite side.. Had lots o piercings my self snake bites angel bites Monroe nose belly eyebrow. Done a lot and I think nose Monroe would look great on your face

Totally go with the Medusa! I have always loved that piercing but never got it done because I was going to get my septum done until my ex accidently broke my nose while wrestling. I know the picture is photoshopped, but I will say if you do get it done definitely make sure you have it sitting up a little higher. And since you said you plan on a lot of piercings, consider what else you want. If you want your smiley (underneath your top lip) done those two won't work together for catching reasons. And in my personally opinion, the medusa doesn't look good if you have a monroe and/or septum piercing, it all looks too crowded to me. So definitely consider what other ones you want, how you think they will look together, and if you don't think they would look good together which you want more.
