Well, first of all, Welcome to the wonderful world of beauty! :)
There are so many great brands of eye makeup out there that aren't too pricey.
My favorite drug store eyeliner is probably Milani's stick eyeliner in black, it's so creamy and dark. Also, Wet and Wild has really stepped up their game the past few years resulting in BEAUTIFUL eyeshadows or, 'the stuff you put on your eyelids' ;) Another great option for eyeshadow is the 'Manly 120 Palette'. It's available on ebay for only 20 bucks, and you get 120 bright, highly pigmented shadows.

I would highly recommend all of these products, they're fabulous. Especially if you're just getting into beauty. I hope I helped! :)

i have dark lids so im looking for the base stuff that lightens ur lids on top and under the eye a friend put it on my once and the eyeshadow looked so much better with it.

Eyeshadow Primer, it's a nude color so it lightens your lids and really holds your eyeshadow down. I would invest in Urban Decay Primer Potion, it's only 18$ for a tube and it's amazing.

For under your eyes you should get a concealer. I know that there's really good drug store brands but the names are escaping me! If you have dark circles I'd suggest applying a salmon color concealer very lightly where your eyes are the darkest, and then doing the lighter parts with a flesh toned one. :)

if you have sensitive skin I recomend mineral products always. They are really nice and dont have alot of chemicals. Try Bareminerals, they have a whole slue of products, how ever they are kinda pricey. You may also wanna try Avons mineral line. They are a bit less expensive then some of the mineral brands out their. Plus you can retrun them if they dont work out AFTER youve opened and used them.
