Try Michaels or an art store, that's where I bought one of mine.

I'm so surprised that you weren't able to find it at any of the beauty supply places. I got a set of 5 double ended ones at a beauty supply store that had mostly all nail supplies. I use them more than anything else in my nail art supplies so it's definitely worth all the hassle of finding them! If you can't find them and don't have time to wait for shipping from Ebay or Amazon you can use toothpicks, sewing pins or bobbypins depending on the size you need.

I cheated, I stuck a pin into the eraser of a pencil! It works well, and I can change the pin to change the size (: I would like to get a nice one, but for now this works.

Look at you, so savvy Dylan! Great idea also because they're cheap, so you can just be lazy and toss them if they get too goopy.

I always use the ends of makeup brushes, and I also use toothpicks. These work great.

I bought a set of 5 on eBay for about $2. But I always end up reaching for a bobby pin and using one of the ends as a dotting tool. Cheap & convenient.
