The neutralizer is to help balance out any pigmentation under your eyes, the brightening makes the area appear more bright and awake, I personally use the brightening on top of a yellow concealer, the yellow hides my dark circles and the brightening covers the yellow and brings light to the area

I have a cool skin tone so it works well on me, salmon works good for under eye as well as yellow they both counteract the blue tones under your eyes, I find with the yellow concealer and brightener on top I get a flawless result, especially if I set with powder it lasts all day!

My yellow concealer is from physicians formula, I think the brightening shade could still work on you, I've seen warm skinned beauty gurus use it on YouTube a lot, Nicole Guirrero (I don't think thats spelt right) and a few others. You could always ask the person working to help you out and see their opinion, even read some reviews to see how it worked for other warm toned people! But the brightening is much the same as using a highlighter so it can be pretty neutral if done correctly I also use mine on my nose, chin cheekbones and forehead!
