Mix lemon juice with rose water it will take away the sting n acid level a bit...Tree tree oil is also good for spot treatment if you like natural remedies...Acne on the cheeks can be caused by a change in hormone levels or PCOS.

Hmmm then maybe you can try switching your cleanser Nuetrogena, Clinique etc. have good cleansers with salicylic acid/benozyl peroxide which help with acne...Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser is good too as..Clean up your diet a bit cut of processed food/dairy...African Black Soap helps a load with acne too...If your acne is lasting for long or recurring its best to see a derm/doc n get your hormone levels checked...Hope this helps swty...gud luck :)

Make sure to keep your hands out of your face and to wash your face at least twice a day and remove makeup at night. If that still doesn't work try proactive that worked for me. I have been using it for about 5-6 years and my skin is acne free. I tried to stop using it a couple of times and failed. Lol! I each time I would break out again. But try it and if it doesn't work you can always get your money back. Good luck! 😀
