My friend did this look you need to put more latex near the mouth area and play with it alittle and that's when you start using different types of reds mostly dark and lights then adding your fake blood and don't forget to put black into it so it looks like flesh

Also I did the zipper and snake skin instead. so if you can't get it after loads ofpractice, just try something else

Add some darker colours to make the wound look deeper, you could add tissue and colour it in I look like muscle or something? Very good for your first go though:)
