How can I achieve Rose's makeup look from Titanic? Also, do you think her hair colour would suit me or not?

I think that colour would look lovely on you, or possibly even a brighter shade so you really stand out. For the makeup I would find a matt foundation, I like bare minerals matt powder or no7 (uk) liquid for more coverage. I don't think she is wearing much blusher here, a matt bronzer, again I use bare minerals warmth for that. A brow powder, UD brow box in gingersnap? Thats what I use, I'm ginger but my eyebrows are naturally dark brown so it matches quite well. Matt or cremsheen lipstick, eyeliner on the upper waterline and your favourite mascara xx
