Liquid Liner:
Milani Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Liner - about $9 at CVS
Super pigmented, extremely easy to use, precise, and never dries out on me!
Gel Liner:
Loreal Infallible Lacquer Liner - $10 at CVS
Also very pigmented, but slightly less harsh than liquid liner
Blends out amazingly, applies like butter - awesome for smoky eyes!
Pencil Liner
Urban Decay Liner Pencil in Perversion - $19 at Ulta, Sephora, urbandecay.com
(Included in select palettes)
Creamy, applies nice and smooth, very black, stays put on the waterline
