Hi everyone! I am looking for pigmented to extremely pigmented eyeshadows. I would like to be able to buy them in a store, not online, because i will need them very soon. I need colorful eyeshadows as well. Very bright and pigmented are two important qualities. Another somewhat important quality of the eyeshadow is a good price. I would like it to be a drugstore brand, but I am open to any suggestions. I have been looking at E.L.F. palettes and they look like something I would be interested in. If you have tried these, please let me know how you liked them.
I am also looking for eyeliners with all of the same qualities as I listed with the eyeshadows. Absolutely any color would probably be okay. Price needs to be reasonable. I need it to be avaliable to be in stores. I have Rimmel Exaggerate eyeliners and they are just okay.
If you have any more questions about what I need in an eyeshadow palette/eyeliner just ask. Thanks a million! Y'all are the best!

If you're looking for some cheaper brands I would most definitely suggest NYX. I absolutely LOVE their shadows! I haven't tried any of the liners but I definitely want to. The swatches are always amazing

Like Nichole mentioned they sell NYX products at Ulta. If you don't mind ordering online you can find them discounted at cherryculture.com too. I wish you would have made this post a couple days ago! You just missed the 20% off everything memorial day sale =\

The only problem with that is the closest Ulta is about 3 hours away from me. Do you have any other suggestions?

For eyeliners, Prestige Total Intensity or their Waterproof range. Very inexpensive, available at Rite Aid (as well as Ulta).
