Try adding a bright lipstick like a hot pink or coral to an everyday neutral look. It's a cheep and easy way to brighten things up. or if you want something for your eyes try and electric blue winged liner.
I would suggest the Urban Decay glide on shadow pencils. Especially colors like Sin, Clash, Rehab, Wasteland and Lit. These are all great summer colors! They don't crease and are waterproof and easy to use. Swipe on the lid blend and you are ready to go:)
You should also check out the Viva Glam Nicki lip stick:)
I keep reading in the magazines Orange is the color of the season and Neons. And you don't have to go full Orange you could definitely do a Coral. Pink is always a good summer color too. Just have fun with your makeup!
