No bite polish. I got mine at Sally's, haven't bitten my nails in over a year :) the stuff is terrible!

For me just keeping them painted helps because I don't want to mess it up. also,figure out what triggers you to.bite your nails and try to stop it.

Maybe tell someone you wanna stop so when they see you do it they will move your hand. my boyfriend does it when he is nervous or in deep thought so I take his hand away from his mouth and tell him to stop. it hasn't magically gotten better but it has decreased a considerable amount.

Omg I had the same problem I always have to be doing something with my hands so I started biteing my nails than I switched to taping my fingers on my desk like some crazy drummer. It still annoyed all my classmates but I stopped biting my nails!!

That stuff you put on to make your nails taste bad never works for me. I just complain how bad it tastes while I'm chewing! Just keep your nails painted and do a different colour every week, it's a lot harder to bite with polish on :)
