Palmers firming butter with Q10. This worked wonders for me after having my little one. It gets rid of stretch marks and firms, tones, and tightens skin.

The best way to reduce them is to lose weight in those areas that you have them otherwise mederma works well but you have to use it everyday day and night religiously otherwise you won't see results and even then results won't show for about a month or two also stretch marks are genetic my Mon got them during pregnancy and surgery after 3 kids and she is thin (under 120 lbs) but she still has them to this day and I have them too due to weight gain but I will always have to be careful with my skin and fast weight gain because stretch marks are genetic and I will always get them no matter what I do - just something some of us have to live with unfortunately :T.

I've been using bio oil for about two months now, mild improvement on old marks and decent on newer. I heard that palmer's stuff is pretty good in combination with bio oil. Hope this helps :)

A unfortunate fact is your stretch marks will never go away. You can do things to fade them so they are less noticeable but they will always be there because it is tears in the dermis. Even lasers diminish the scars but they still are there. Mederma is good for fairly new scars. If you have white or silver scars it's much harder for them to fade.

Here are some tips which helps you to prevent and remove stretch marks.

• Includes lots of green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, liver and dairy products in your diet.
• Consume seeds and nuts that contain zinc. They will prove effective in removing stretch marks.
• Aroma oil is beneficial in treating stretch marks problem. Apply some of this oil on the stretch marks and massage well.
• Rub the affected area with apricot scrub. This is likely to remove the stretch marks gradually.
• Apply lavender oil on the marks, three times a day.
