I have dark red hair.. Burgundy ( not bright red).. I want to go lighter like in pic.

...sorry haven't finished lol! Want red yo come out.. Hair dresser stripping my hair but want to strip it myself in house too.. Been using head and shoulders shampoo.. Any other ideas?!
