I have been having a massive acne breakout.
Part of it is due to stress. I am engaged and we have needed to cancel our wedding, move it to a different state, and I even lost a friend and bridesmaid because of it. But that's ok cause she wasn't a good friend anyway.
I have been oilier than ever in my life ever, even as a teen. And I have a memory foam pillow. It has a pillowcase but I put it inside a second pillowcase and change that one regularly so I thought there's no way it could be the pillow.
However my fiancé noted my breakouts are on the side I've been sleeping on lately, which is my left side, as I still have tenderness from a in progress root canal on my right side.
Should I wash the actual memory foam? And if I do, how?
Thanks!
