I get the same thing only on my legs. I also get it on my chest if I laugh for to long. I take Claritin or reactiv for my legs and it helps if your eyes feel itchy or you sneeze which I do. I takes my red splotches like 30 minutes to go away after being indoors. :) hope this helps.

Take an antihistamine and you should be fine! Allegra, Zyrtec, Benadryl. Any of those should work.

I get the same thing. Try Taking a cold shower or putting ice on the area.
