Best Blonde Hair Dye?

I have naturally medium brown hair and I've been lightening it for a while, first I got blonde highlights then I dyed it a few times and it turned ginger! I then stuck to using lightening spray and leaving it alone since but I want to dye it blonde again what is the best dye you'd recommend? I was thinking of trying oila.

To be honest going to a salon might work better to keep it from going orange again.
