I love wearing makeup, but I hate my zits, and I think wearing make up is making them worse (well I know wearing make up is making it worse).. I guess my question is, would there be any way for me to continue wearing make up, but take care of my skin?

Neutrogena makes a foundation that has salacylic acid so while covering up your skin it will also help to treat it. Clinique also makes a foundation with the same idea called acne solutions. You can always go to the counter and get a sample :).

If your makeup is making you break out, try using a different brand and find the one that works for you. Also try to get into the habit of taking all of your makeup off before you sleep. I use something to first take most of my makeup off and then wash my face with a cleanser. Concerning foundation, try looking for foundations that are oil-free. As for brushes, if you use any for your makeup, clean them regularly to get rid of the bacteria stored in the brushes. I have bad skin as well, and I've just had to look for products that suit my skin, and I'm pretty satisfied with my routine at the moment :)

Anything that is non comedogenic which means it won't clog pores or make you break out. As long are you wash your face every night you should be fine.
