Yes, I think it's best to put on top of foundation, to me, it just looks better.

Mariam - Banana powder probably won't work for you as a highlight if you're fair skin or pale since it's a yellow color. If you want to highlight, you could use concealer lighter than your complexion & set it with translucent powder. You'll still get the same effect. I actually was fooling around today & recorded me contouring & highlighting my face & posted it on YouTube.

Banana powder is a translucent they have different tones but its still banana an goes well on fair skin as well. It's goes on more warm than so yellow still highlighting cause it's a translucent
