Lipcare. Dry red outline on lips.

When it gets cold my lips get really dry to where it's outlined my whole lips. I apply Vick Vapor rub at night and the redness goes down. I'm pretty sure using it for two more nights will completely take ir away. If you have any other remedies please feel free to comment.

Vaseline will moisturize your lips and help with the redness. slather it on before bed and your lips with be smooth supple and pink. (:
