Thinking of buying this to lift some red out of my hair, then go with a ash brown for the summer. has anyone used it? any tips for when I do?

I've never used it but wanted to put my 2cents in. I just went to salon to dye my hair (from red to light honey brown). The bleach was left on as long as she dared and yet I still had a pinky tint at places (red is really stubborn to remove). She then dyed my hair to the requested color which turned out not at all as pictured or swatched (that's a whole different case. You can see the talk I started).
So, long story short, I wouldn't use that product bc it could case more aggravation
