Hello ladies so I have dry skin with some pimples I don't have acne but I do break out under my cheek bone and I've been trying to find the perfect foundation which I've had NO luck lol bkus some just make me look super moister like oily n then some just dry me out so I'm wondering if the stick foundations are good? if so which brands and which ones do you ladies use? Lmk asap I want to give the sticks a try. thank you.

I wouldn't say stick foundations are better- just different- a lot of people like them for the ease of use. They typically have more oil are wax based since they are cream. They usually have more coverage than most liquids. I've heard good things about the HG Vanish stick. If you are interested in cream, I like RCMA or Joe Blasco Ultra Base. They are highly pigmented and don't feel greasy or heavy on the skin.
If you want stick, I would stay away from ABH stick- it was designed for oily skin so it might not be a good fit for dry skin. Bobbi Brown's stick foundations are a cult classic. They pull very yellow so better for warm skin tones- although they have added more shades.
Hope this helps :)

Stick foundations tend to be drier although newer formulas from brands work well for dry skin like the MUFE stick foundation which is great on dry skin but for example the NYX one, the Iman, the old MAC one etc.are more for oily skin.
The creams and sticks just have more coverage.
I think liquids can have more emollients since creams tend to have more wax and pigment compared to emollients in some cases
