Do you use milky lotion and face cream /night cream on the same time?
I have oily skin on nose and forehead and other area is dry (most eyes area and around mouth)
is it really nessesory to cover up with face cream for toner stay or milk lotion is enough?

I think lotions are generally more of a daytime moisturizer. Heavier moisturizers tend to be better at night as they can make you appear oily. So if I'm understanding your question, I would say no, they shouldn't be used together. However, I definitely recommend using a serum under your night cream or using a facial oil instead of a night cream.
