I would suggest the tarlette palette. as much as I love colourpops soft, bouncy formula it's not the easiest to blend or apply with most brushes. I like them for a base or a pop of color in the center.

I suggest the tartelette palette. super easy to blend & gorgeous selection!

I don't have either but I don't think they are the same "kind" of product. the tarte shadows are more classic type shadows and are blendable from what I heard. the colourpop are harder to apply and kinda creamy. I don't think colourpop will be easy to use for like a complete look. I would check out some videos before deciding

I agree with Lara. They are 2 very different types of products. The Tarte shadows are your more typical talc based shadows whereas the Colour Pop shadows are more like wet press pigment... Very silicone laden. They are best applied to the lids with your finger and then blended out with a synthetic brush. I'm not a huge fan of either the Tarte or the Colour Pop, but if you are looking for more traditional talc based shadow, the Tarte would be the way to go.

None of Tarte palettes have ever really appealed to me, but I recently bought several of the Colourpop eyeshadows and they were great. I'm not really big on nude colors though, so that is something to consider because you may like the Tarte one better if you're looking for nudes. The Colourpop eyeshadows are a little harder to blend, but not impossible, but I also agree with what someone else said about not being able to use them for a complete look. If you do get them, they are definitely worth the money for sure. I recommend getting some kind of very smooth flat synthetic brush to apply them with because if you are anything like me, you absolutely can't apply eye make up with your finger to save your life. I'm not picky about brushes or the brand, so I try all different kinds, and I happened to find these Wet 'n Wild eyeshadow brushes that are synthetic and really smooth that pick up the Colourpop eyeshadows better than even some of my more expensive brushes. They're like 98 cents each at Walmart, lol.
