I started having pimples on my shoulders. I don't know why that occurs, but it is sometimes really painful. Also they leave behind dark spots after they get dried. Also I noticed that it occurs mainly during the summers.

Invest in a body wash for body acne. exfoliate the area. there's also body lotion for body acne.

Pimples on shoulders and tops of arms are sometimes a gluten intolerance.. Try the exfoliation, but also try cutting out gluten... See if that helps

Try neutrogena body washes theyr good. or from soap and glory (clean on me) body wash it really works for clearing the body from pimples and nasty spots.
