Yeah you can say that I meant to say any powders that are suitable for dry skin if that makes sense :D.

There are 2 types of powders: pressed and loose, and both can either be translucent or have some color in them. I haven't found a difference in the type of powder that would make it more suitable for a certain skin type. The properties of the powder: texture, how finely milled it is, ingredients etc. make it work for different skin types.
I really like the RCMA nc powder and the Bare Minerals hydrating mineral veil for dry skin. They don't look cakey or cling to dry patches and the bare minerals powder gives a soft glow

Not a huge fan of powder on a dry skin type at all. If anything, I might use a bit of powder on the T-Zone, but that depends on the skin. I love RCMA No Color as well, but if you choose to go that route, I suggest using a very minimal amount only on areas that may need it. I understand the 'why' behind this powder being recommended for dry skin types, but it does not mean that one should apply this too liberally. Just my opinion.

The reason this powder can work on dry skin is because of the finely milled texture of it. With such a fine mill, it helps the product to for the lack of a better word, 'melt' into skin instead of just laying on top of the skin like most every other powder does. You'll always get a smooth finish with RCMA No Color Powder no matter the skin type instead of a cakey powdery look that most powders leave behind.

The RCMA No Color powder has an amazingly simple formula: Talc, and super micronized high grade silica with no fillers like most set powders have these days. The simplicity of the RCMA No Color Powder combined with its super fine texture is what allows the powder to work so effortlessly.

I would not recommend using the RCMA No Color on someone that has Bobbi Brown Extra Repair foundation kind of dry skin. Even though the mill is super fine, with a more significant dry skin type, it still can have the tendency to sit on top of the skin which is something you don't want, and if can make the skin look drier than it actually is. Again, the use of the RCMA No Color powder and dry skin is all about moderation.

I prefer to use powders that will actually help, not mask the look and appearance of dry skin. My favorites are MAC's Studio Careblend, ByTerry's Hyaluronic powder and Koh Gen Do's Maifanshi Face powder.  :)

I agree with Jacqueline. My favorite is the Mac Careblend Compact Powder. I have very dry skin & only lightly powder the the zone.
