I use spot treatments when pimples are developing to try and stop them! The one I'm using right now is OXY brand. Drugstore. (:

I have the same thing putting tea tree oil on it helped me.

Put unflavoured yoghurt on the problem area, it has anti inflammatory and anti bacterial properties that help fight acne and also gently exfoliate the skin

I use a tee tree stick from body shop and you dab it onto your spots and it's gone. It's amazing
