I usually use liquid or gel but I want to get a good waterproof felt tip eyeliner from the drugstore. Do you ladies have any suggestions?

And they literally so not come off even with makeup remember you have to use oil based makeup remover!:)

Physicians formula 2 in 1 liquid is the best liner, it's totally a dupe for Kat von d trooper liner, I have used Jordana milani and the maybelline master precise, but they do not compare!!

I agree with Lisa, the Physician's Formula eyeliner is the best one I've come across in drugstore makeup. Application is extremely easy, does not budge through sweat (and I live in AZ!), and not difficult to wipe off at the end of the day. Also one pen usually lasts me anywhere around 4-5 months.
