I agree with Sophie. A baby blue would look gorgeous. If you were wanting a natural color I would suggest a light caramel/honey blonde.

I think if you dye it blue it won't be necessary to bleach it. Use an anti dandruff shampoo or a bleach bath to remove the color.

Don't bleach it, it could make the green colour you already have worse (brighter) just go in with the blue.

Maybe an auburn colour? Red/warm toned colours are going to be the only thing you can really go to counteract the green.
