I have dark circles under my eyes. They are a bit bluish purple, and light purple over my eyes. Due to this my eyelids appear dark. I use a concealer but it does not hide it well. Due to have some make up suggestions for this?

Do you use colour correcting concealer..? Drug stores so some really good stuff, MakeUp Revolution do a whole palette of colour correcting concealers.. I use it, they have a section for anti redness, dark circles, uneven skin, there's a priming section and a highlighting section, it's amazing.. That's what I use.

I have trouble concealing my circles as well and have tried dozens of concealers. I don't like color correctors for that because, for me, it's just more product build-up under an area that needs to look very smooth. I probably am not using the right color corrector, however. Anyway, I have just found an amazing concealer that takes even my circles away, and I have aging, difficult skin. I'm using the RMS concealer and it's fabulous! I would suggest using a cream concealer (in a tub - Chantacaille is good too and I'm sure there are many more) and a fluffy eye crease brush to apply it. Works for me!

I'm not sure which color of corrector you would need, however I can tell you that I used to have dark purple circle that no concealer could hide. Yellow corrector was working but would give a cakey because I ended up layering so much. What worked for me is vitamin C serum. My dark circles are almost inexistant now!

The collection lasting perfection concealer is amazing for use under the eyes. soap and glory also do a concealer compact, with an under eye concealer and a regular spot concealer. it also has a translucent powder with it.

I don't really think the colour correcting concealers will work since my dark circles have a mixture of different colours. But I will try using vitamin c/e. If that doesn't work then I will have to choose a color correcting one. But thanx for the heeeeeelp;)
