I had this big pimple and over the past couple days it's turned into a scab, and I was washing my face and the scab came off so now it's like an open wound and I was wondering if I could put something like Neosporin on it like you would if it was a normal scab on your leg or something. Or are there any other ways to help??

I would say don't touch it at all.
No medicines.
No makeup.
No garlic.
No diys.
Just leave it. And maybe it'll clear out.

I've personally put neosporin on open or crusty zits and it had helped with healing and prevent it from major scaring.

I think Neosporin or another antibacterial gel would be fine. The problem with creams and gels is that they can trap bacteria that caused the zit inside and then you'll experience regrowth. But since Neosporin is antibiotic I bet it would help heal and you hopefully won't have the problem :)
