In addition to Sephora, check out Ricky's NYC. They have a bunch of locations, but my favorite is in Soho at 590 Broadway. It's their largest location. They carry a bunch of brands you see all over social media like Colored Raine, Morphe, Violet Voss, Sugarpill, Gerard Cosmetics, Ben Nye, and Inglot. It's a pretty cool store :)

Rickys is awesome! I could spend hours in there. if your a lipstick lover then make an appointment at the Bite Beauty Lab in SoHo. you get to make your own custom Bite Beauty lipstick. you can pick your finish, scent and packaging too! then you can walk around the corner to spring street and check out all the awesome shops there. Molton Brown (luxury bath stuff, soaps and lotions) is my favorite.

Time square is also packed with goodies. The Inglot store is there as well as mac and a giant sephora. it's a little crowded but I think that maybe the biggest sephora around.

I second the Bite Beauty Lip Lab, I had a great experience creating a custom lip color! It's right in the heart of Soho as well. There's a Nars boutique nearby, as well as a bunch of clothes shopping.

I'm a huge fan of Aritzia, which is a clothing store in Soho. Definitely pricey, but they sell super cute clothes that are made well. I don't have the exact address, but whenever I'm in the city I make a trip (and I'm sure you could look it up).

On top of Ricky's NYC, I would make the trip to Alcone Company beauty supply as well. They have awesome brands like Viseart and RCMA, which are harder to find in stores where you can play and swatch with them.

And I've been to multiple Sephoras in the city, and honestly I'd just go to one that's close to you/other activities your doing. All of them are pretty giant tbh.
