I haven't used a foundation brush ever since I got my beauty blender. It seriously is life changing lol. It blends out my foundation so smoothly and nicely I will never go back to using a brush.

For powder and blush I like real techniques and some various elf studio brushes.

For my eye brushes I love morphe!

All hail Jackie, queen of the brushes! She listed several of my favorite eyeshadow brushes. I'm also disgustingly attached to my 07 and 03 brushes; the 07 is a teeny smudger that is great for under the eyes and getting the inner corner without messing up anything else, and the 03 is a really nice blending brush that just glides over the eyes really easily in my opinion. I'm also a huge fan of the Chikuhodo GSN-10 blender brush, I own three because they're great for blending out more stubborn colors like dark shades, since they're a bit of a stiffer bristle.

And now I'm off to buy the Kevyn Aucoin Base/Shadow brush

In general I don't have a favorite brush. Even for specifics like foundation because some days I use brush and some days I use a blender. But I guess a brand that I've recently tried and I was really happy I like was Chikuhodo. I invested in a set but they have individual brushes that are pricey but not as steep as a set would be. But I also liked brush brands like Rae Morris, Real Techiniques, Mac. I think those 4 companies I mentioned have done a really good job on brush production.

I think you'll like it Hannah. It's a really solid brush.  ;)
