I would definitely buy more of their lip products. They are comfortable to wear, easy to apply, and I find that the wear time is good.
To the eyeshadows... I like them. I like the idea of them. I like the colors. However, I don't think I would buy more. Applying them is a hassle in my opinion. I find they're best applied with a sponge tip applicator, and they work pretty well with other powder eyeshadows.
I have two experiences with customer service though. When I first ordered, it was processed quickly and arrived quickly. But, one of my shadows was damaged. I'll attach the picture of it. They responded quickly to my email and began to process the new order within 24 hours. The processing was very lengthy, though. I actually had to send a follow up email before it was shipped.

The ones I've used are not at all. Also, the ultra satin applies well over Chapstick and I have heard that the ultra mattes do as well.

I love the lipliners the most from color pop , I honestly do not care for the shadows at all and the ultra satin liquid lipsticks are the only liquid lip I would recommend the rest are way to drying (:

The liquid lipsticks are great and to die for! The lippie sticks as well, but they tend to break.

I recently got a large order containing the ultra mattes, ultra satins, lippie stix, lippie pencils, super shock shadow, gel eyeliner (pot), and super shock cheek. The ulta mattes were pretty drying but it's no different than my ABH liquid lipstick. I think it is best to put on a layer of balm before you apply the ultra mattes and the ultra satin. The ulta mattes are completely true matte and little to no transfer. The ultra satin lips are not drying at all for me and had great staying power, although it did transfer about the same as a normal lipstick. The lippie sticks are my favorite product by far. I got the finishes in matte and satin. The matte finish wasn't true matte but it was darn close. It was very comfortable to wear and didn't transfer too bad. The satin finish was truly satin and didn't seem to transfer that bad either. The lippie pencils are the smoothest and most pigmented lip liners I have ever seen. They are absolutely amazing and comfortable enough to wear by themselves. I got 2 shades of the eyeshadow and they were both pearlized. They are very odd in texture, like a cross between a cream and a powder. They had awesome pigmentation and didn't crease, which is great because my lids are fairly oily. The gel eyeliner I got was kicker. It's like if you melted the silver surfer and made him into eyeliner. Great pigmentation and very creamy. It stayed in my water lines throughout a whole night at a club and I have sensitive eyes. The super shock cheek is amazing in every way. Very buttery and it's not too pigmented, which is a good thing because some days I want to be more dramatic. It gives just the right amount of sheen and isn't sparkly at all. The shipping and processing took a week for it to get to me which is incredible. 10/10 would definitely recommend this brand.
