You could do this look with any neutral palette. From my own collection I would use the Lorac Pro (the first one) with Taupe as the transition color, Sable in the crease, Espresso on the lid, and Black used as a liner and on the lower lash line blended out with Sable.

The Lorac Pro Matte palette would work as well, it just wouldn't be as dark/intense as the colors are a bit lighter but you'd still get the same effect.

I'd use Mac's 'Quite Natural' paint pot all over the lid as a base making sure to blend out any harsh lines near the crease before it sets. Then I would apply Mac's 'Embark' eyeshadow on top of that and blend it upwards into the crease to get the gradient smoke effect. Same thing with lower lashline. Line the waterline and lid with black liner and add some lashes.

I would swear that's from the lorac pro 1, but any neutral palette will do!

So I did a quick google image search and it turns out she used the Melt Cosmetics Dark Matter Shadow Stack: http://www.meltcosmetics.com/products/dark-matter
