I have dark brown hair but am thinking about changing the colour a little, either a richer dark brown or a balayage but I need some opinions. I'll attach a pictures of some that I like and a pic of me so you can see my current colour, skin tone etc. Thanks :)

I think the slightly lighter pic of the balayage would look good rather than the other one. The richer brown comes in second place:)
