Okay guys so everytime I use blush, I pick up the powder with my brush, it's super pigmented so I dust off the excess powder, literally most of the powder will fall out and when I finally sweep it on my cheekbones, it doesn't look pigmented at all. Then I would keep doing it until I get my desired color but it usually waste a lot of products. Why?? Is it because of the blush I use or is it because of the brush I use?
I use the Sonia Kashuk domed blush brush with the Too Faced love flush blush.
I want to be able to have my blush pigmented enough but at the same time not look like a clown I hope you get me but yeah 😂😭

I find that the too faced love flush blushes are all extremely pigmented. It might be your brush and I also use an angled fluffy brush.

I have that blush & that brush. Maybe, when you dip your brush in the blush, try holding the brush straight up and tap the bottom of the brush handle on a table so the blush gets into the brush, then knock off the excess just ONCE before applying.

Have you considered to lighting you're applying the blush in? In some lighting blush will look less noticeable and so you put more but then the second you go onto natural lighting you end up looking like there's too much

If you apply too much, just get your normal face powder brush and buff it out with face powder. I think it may be your brush. I havent used it before but sometimes that happens to me when the brush is not dense enough.

A less densely packed brush might serve you better. I had this problem in the past, just couldn't make the brushes I was using work, but when I switched to a looser brush that problem went away. The problem was me and my heavy hand lol.

Thanks guys!! Also does anyone know which part should I properly place my blush? Because my blush tends to overlap with my bronzer and I'm not sure if that's correct.

Proper Blush placement, will be different for everyone, depending on your face shape and the look you're going for. But imo, blush is supposed to overlap bronzer.

I agree completely with Bri and Marleen :) For buffing out blush or bronzer easily, I would recommend the Real Techniques Stippling Brush, it works like a dream.
