I have naturally super dark brown hair so my eyebrows are dark. I bleach my hair when I was 13 and have had my eyebrows this way for 3 years and I'm starting to hate them. I plan going to the salon soon to lighten my hair and my roots done. I want to know what is the best at home face bleach?

Sally hansen has a bleacher but not sure if it is safe to use it near your eyes
