I learned from watching Wayne Goss a buffing technique. you use a flat top kabuki and you actually do little circular motions, changing from clockwise to counterclockwise. it's actually working the foundation into your pores. so it makes the surface smooth. you should check him out.

The yves Saint Laurent new primer works perfectly at covering and blurring my pores I would recommend trying that

Benefit porefessional is the first primer I've found that really works. It's a frustrating issue. I've found foundations with a dewey finish make them less obvious as well.

Benefit Porefessional works great for me. I usually top just that area with ITCosmetics Bye Bye Pores setting powder and it works great.
