I haven't tried Dose of Color but Colorpop is SO drying compared to my ABH/KVD ones. I heard rly good things about DOC though!

I don't recommend coulourpop for a liquid lipstick because it is drying, and I mean very drying. If you think kvd is drying, colourpop is more drying. I would choose dose of colors of the two. But I don't think that is a liquid lipstick to be honest, as it isn't really matte and feels rather creamy (think Nyx soft lip cream) so it can transfer, but when paired with a lip liner it won't transfer. But what is the point of having a liquid lipstick if you have to use liner all over your lips anyway. I would recommend Jeffree star it's not drying like these I've mentioned but it stays put and feels very comfortable on the lips.
