Hair change- yes or no?

So I've been thinking about dying my hair, I've only every dyed it once before to a lighter brown but once it faded I just went back to my dark brown or black hair (whatever you wanna call it lol) but now I'm debating going to this. I just don't know if it would suit my skin tone etc.
