I need help I have a light brown hair color and I still have a bit of red manic panic hair dye left in it with out taking that out or bleaching it can I dye my hair dark blue and if possible do a half dark blue half black?

You could try colour remover like colour fix or oops...could try using dawn dish soap to get it out or vitamin c (crush vitamin c tablets mix with head n shoulders) would have to do it a few times but will remove hairdye.

I had the same problem with manic panic, it is a hair stain so to get it out you'll have to bleach it at the hairdressers

I know some friends who die on top of faded dye, but make sure you get as much out as possible
