I read on makeupally that spearmint tea helped clear the skin and also minimising facial hair because it regulates hormones. Has anyone tried spearmint tea for a period of time and got those results?

Are you drinking the tea or applying it to your face? just curious... I've never heard of this.

I've never heard of this either. Also it's not reallt a hood thing to apply anything with mint on your skin. It helps it now but in the long run it can damage skin later on.

I ate hormone free foods and did a paleo diet to help with acne and other hormone related issues. I recently posted a photo of my hormonal acne from back in July of last year and as you can see all these fad diets and teas really didn't do anything.
I did also try western medicine and natural herbs as well by going to a natural chinese doctor. Because I did that for long it led up to the point where I almost lost my fertility as I was getting borderline PCOS so I personally do not recommend playing around with an issue as serious as that.
I visited my dermatologist where he gave me a list of FDA approved birth control that would help regulate my hormones and help with my acne which worked out absolutely wonderful.

If you suspect you have a hormone imbalance I would highly suggest seeing a physician. It could be a symptom of a serious problem. With that aside, I have started drinking a cup of peppermint tea after dinner (it's delicious) and I haven't noticed any changes except that it settles my stomach.

I don't think so.
I drink spearmint tea, it's good for when I'm nauseous but that's about it.

I've read that coconut oil and avocados can naturally regulate hormones. I do eat a good amount of avocados but I wouldn't know if they regulate hormones or not.

I would try to see a doctor to check your estrogen levels.
But once your body's hormones effects your body hair it pretty much stays like that. It may grow slower once your hormones are in check but that's about it

Due to my Asian side, we tend to eat a lot of soy based products and I've read soy has natural estrogen so it can help with stuff like that.

Krill oil has helped my pms like nothing else, really cut down on hormonal breakouts as well.
